Equity at Work: Hospitality Cohort

In partnership with Made in New Orleans Foundation, and with support from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, Beloved Community is excited to launch The Third cohort of hospitality leaders who are dedicated to racial equity.

This cohort will be part of a cohort of leaders who, over a period of two years, receive training, consultation, and coaching to make equity in their business a reality.

22 restaurants and hospitality organizations in New Orleans participated in a two-year journey to build better.

With the support of Beloved COmmunity and MiNO, you will have the opportunity to:

• Conduct an equity audit for your business, giving you a comprehensive understanding of where your company currently is operating in relation to equity goals

• Participate in nationally acclaimed workplace trainings, consultations, and coaching for management as you implement desired changes

• Create a three-year Equity Work Plan laying out your company’s roadmap to turn your equity data and commitments into action

• Be part of a supportive community of like-minded business leaders committed to equity
